Healthcare Training Academy Inc. (“HCTA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides SMS messaging services to communicate with subscribers who have opted in to receive updates from us. By subscribing to our SMS program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Message Types
By opting in to HCTA’s SMS messaging program, you may receive:
- Appointment reminders
- Course announcements and registration confirmations
- Continuing education alerts
- Educational tips and resources
- Support and customer service responses
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on user activity and enrollment, but subscribers can expect to receive up to 5 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. HCTA is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.
Opt-In
You can opt in to our SMS program by:

- Providing verbal consent during an interaction with a member of our team
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS communications from us unless you opt in again.
