We are often on calls, teaching, or working remotely — texting lets us reply between calls or get back to you quickly. Email is monitored and replied to promptly. Many common questions are also answered on our website and inside your account. Calling our office is welcome, but we use a call queuing system to answer calls in the order in which they are received.

All registrations are completed through our website. Visit our programs page to register for a course.
Visiting our office? Please schedule an appointment first — staff frequently work remotely or are teaching at other locations.

Mon – Thu: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm EST
Office hours are separate from the course schedule. Courses run on evenings, weekends, and early mornings when the office may be closed. Outside of office hours, please text or email — we will follow up promptly.
Closed all federal holidays and Fridays during the summer.

For issues with eCards, certificates, accounts, or courses held directly with a third-party organization (AHA, ENA, SCCM, etc), contact that organization using the numbers below. HCTA cannot access or modify records held by other organizations.
